Customer Cancels. MAC Has NOT Been Met Unless otherwise indicated in this Guidebook if the Customer cancels a term Business Optional Calling Plan and the MAC has not been met for the current year or any additional years remaining in the term plan agreement, the early termination fee is equal to 50% of the unmet MAC for the current year and 50% of the unmet MAC for each additional years remaining on the term plan agreement.
