Common use of Customer Agreement Clause in Contracts

Customer Agreement. In consideration of GFX agreeing to carry one or more accounts of the undersigned ("Customer") and providing services to Customer in connection with the purchase and sale of currency in Over-the-Counter Foreign Currency markets (hereinafter referred to as “FOREX”), and the receipt of such other services and products as GFX may, in its sole discretion, determine to offer from time to time in the future and which may be purchased or sold by or through. GFX for Customer’s accounts(s), Customer agrees as follows:
