Common use of Customer Acknowledgment Clause in Contracts

Customer Acknowledgment. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will not be liable for a breach of this Agreement if a third-party gains access to Toppan ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ proprietary Websites or databases as long as ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ uses commercially reasonable measures to protect them from unlawful access and is otherwise complying with its obligations under this Agreement.
