CUSTOMARY EQUIPMENT. The Successful Contractor is responsible for providing, maintaining and transporting all necessary and customary equipment needed to fulfill this contract. The County is not responsible for any damages to any of the Successful Contractor’s equipment or clothing due to loss, damage, destruction, or theft.
