Common use of Customary Billing Clause in Contracts

Customary Billing. The costs of Services to which the Customary Billing method applies shall, subject to Section 3.01(c), be calculated on a basis that is equivalent to the basis on which costs are attributed (whether through direct or indirect charges, allocations or otherwise) from time to time to other businesses operated by The Limited for comparable services, which may include without limitation one or more of the Cost Components.
