Customary Advertising Material. The consent of the Borrower shall be required prior to the publication by the Administrative Agent or any Lender of advertising material relating to the transactions contemplated hereby using the product photographs or trademarks of the Loan Parties; provided no consent shall be required for disclosure of the name and industry of the Borrower, the logo of the Loan Parties, the Lenders and the types, amounts, tenor and use of proceeds of the credit facilities contained herein in customary marketing materials of the Administrative Agent.
