Common use of Customary Advertising Material Clause in Contracts

Customary Advertising Material. The Borrower and each Obligor consent to the publication by the Bank of customary advertising material relating to the transactions contemplated hereby using the name, product photographs, logo or trademark of the Borrower or such Obligor.
