Custodianship. The parties hereto acknowledge that U.S. Bank, Bank National Association will act as custodian of the Serviced Mortgage Files for the Trustee pursuant to a Custodial Agreement, dated September 1, 2004, between U.S. Bank National Association and the Trust AgreementTrustee.

Custodianship. The parties hereto acknowledge that U.S. BankBank Trust, National Association will act as custodian of the Serviced Mortgage Files for the Trustee pursuant to a Custodial Agreement, dated March 1, 2006, between U.S. Bank National Association and the Trust AgreementTrustee.
