Custodial Responsibilities (a) Each Custodian shall provide access to the Mortgage Loan Documents in possession of such Custodian regarding the related Mortgage Loans and REO Property and the servicing thereof to the Trustee, the Certificateholders, the FDIC, and the supervisory agents and examiners of the FDIC, such access being afforded only upon two (2) Business Days' prior written request and during normal business hours at the office of the applicable Custodian. Each Custodian shall allow representatives of the above entities to photocopy any of the records and documentation and shall provide equipment for that purpose at the expense of the person requesting such access. Upon receipt of a written request made by a Servicer in the form of the Request for Release, the applicable Custodian shall release within five Business Days the related Mortgage File in accordance with Section 3.16.

Responsibilities of Contractor A. The Contractor shall perform all work on the described project as required by the Contract documents. The work to be performed includes the labor and services necessary to produce such replacement, and all materials, supplies, tools, transportation, equipment, and machinery required for replacement.
Duties and Responsibilities of Manager During the Term, subject to the provisions of Section 3.1 herein, Manager shall provide, in exchange for the Management Fee, all such services as are necessary and appropriate for the day-to-day administration and management of Practice in a manner consistent with good business practice, including without limitation those services set forth in this Article 2.
Parties Responsibilities It is the duty of Management to make every reasonable effort to provide and maintain a safe place of employment. CAPE will cooperate by encouraging all employees to perform their work in a safe manner. It is the duty of all employees in the course of performing their regularly assigned duties to be alert to unsafe practices, equipment, and conditions and to report any such unsafe practices, or conditions to their immediate supervisors. If such condition cannot be satisfactorily remedied by the immediate supervisor, the employee has the right to submit the matter in writing either personally or through his area representative to the local facility safety office. On any matter of safety that is not resolved by the safety officer within a reasonable period of time, the area representative may confer with the safety officer who will respond in writing. If the area representative is not satisfied with the response of the safety officer, a CAPE representative may consult with the Chief of the Health, Safety, Disability and Benefits Division of the Department of Human Resources or his designate. A representative of such branch shall investigate the matter and advise the Assessor and CAPE of his findings, and recommendations, if any.
