Common use of Custodian Clause in Contracts

Custodian. The Adviser shall provide the Sub-Adviser with a copy of the Fund’s agreement with the custodian designated to hold the assets of the Fund (the “Custodian”) and any material modifications thereto (the “Custody Agreement”) that may affect the Sub-Adviser’s duties, copies of such modifications to be provided to the Sub-Adviser reasonably in advance of the effectiveness of such modifications. The Sub-Advised Assets shall be maintained in the custody of the Custodian identified in, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of, the Custody Agreement (or any sub-custodian properly appointed as provided in the Custody Agreement). The Sub-Adviser shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Custodian, unless such act or omission is taken solely in reliance upon instruction given to the Custodian by a representative of the Sub-Adviser properly authorized to give such instruction under the Custody Agreement. Any assets added to the Fund shall be delivered directly to the Custodian.

Custodian. The Sub-Advised Assets shall be maintained in the custody of the Custodian identified in, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of, the Custody Agreement (or any sub-custodian properly appointed as provided in the Custody Agreement). The Sub-Adviser shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Custodian, unless such act or omission is taken solely in reliance upon instruction given to the Custodian by a representative of the Sub-Adviser properly authorized to give such instruction under the Custody Agreement. Any assets added to the Fund Portfolio shall be delivered directly to the Custodian.

Custodian. Any assets added to the Fund shall be delivered directly to the Custodian.

Custodian. The Adviser Manager shall provide the Sub-Adviser with a copy of the Fund’s Funds’ agreement with the custodian designated to hold the assets of the Fund Funds (the “Custodian”) and any material modifications thereto (the “Custody Agreement”) that may affect the Sub-Adviser’s duties), copies of such modifications to be provided to the Sub-Adviser reasonably a reasonable time in advance of the effectiveness of such modifications. The Sub-Advised Assets assets of each Segment shall be maintained in the custody of the Custodian identified in, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of, the Custody Agreement (or any sub-custodian properly appointed as provided in the Custody Agreement). The Sub-Adviser shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Custodian, unless such act or omission is taken solely in reliance upon instruction given to the Custodian by a representative of the Sub-Adviser properly authorized to give such instruction under the Custody Agreement. Any assets added to the each Fund shall be delivered directly to the Custodian.

Custodian. The Sub-Advised Assets shall be maintained in the custody of the Custodian identified in, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of, the Custody Agreement (or any sub-custodian properly appointed as provided in the Custody Agreement). The Sub-Adviser shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Custodian, unless such act or omission is taken solely in reliance upon instruction given to the Custodian by a representative of the Sub-Adviser properly authorized to give such instruction under the Custody Agreement. Any assets added to the Fund Company shall be delivered directly to the Custodian.

Custodian. The Adviser shall provide the Sub-Adviser with a copy of the Fund’s agreement with the custodian or custodians designated to hold the assets of the Fund (the each, a “Custodian”) and any material modifications thereto (the each, a “Custody Agreement”) that may affect the Sub-Adviser’s duties, copies of such modifications to be provided to the Sub-Adviser reasonably in advance of the effectiveness of such modifications. The Sub-Advised Assets shall be maintained in the custody of the Custodian identified in, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of, the applicable Custody Agreement (or any sub-custodian properly appointed as provided in the Custody Agreement). The Sub-Adviser shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the a Custodian, unless such act or omission is taken solely in reliance upon instruction given to the Custodian by a representative of the Sub-Adviser properly authorized to give such instruction under the Custody Agreement. Any assets added to the Fund shall be delivered directly to the applicable Custodian.

Custodian. The Adviser shall provide the Sub-Adviser with a copy of the Fund’s agreement with the custodian designated to hold the assets of the Fund (the “Custodian”) and any material modifications thereto (the “Custody Agreement”) that may affect the Sub-Adviser’s duties, copies of such modifications to be provided to the Sub-Adviser reasonably in advance of the effectiveness of such modifications. The Sub-Advised Assets shall be maintained in the custody of the Custodian identified in, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of, the Custody Agreement (or any sub-custodian properly appointed as provided in the Custody Agreement). Unless otherwise instructed by the Adviser in writing, the Sub-Adviser shall not have the authority to act for or represent the Trust or the Adviser in providing instructions to the Custodian except in connection with the services provided by the Sub-Adviser pursuant to Section 1 of this Agreement. The Sub-Adviser shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Custodian, unless such act or omission is taken solely in reliance upon instruction given to the Custodian by a representative of the Sub-Adviser properly authorized to give such instruction under the Custody Agreement. Any assets added to the Fund shall be delivered directly to the Custodian.

Custodian. Any assets added to the Fund shall be delivered directly to the Custodian.

The Sub-Advised Fund Assets shall be maintained in the custody of the Custodian identified in, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of, the Custody Agreement (or any sub-custodian properly appointed as provided in the Custody Agreement). The Sub-Adviser Advisor shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Custodian, unless such act or omission is taken solely in reliance upon instruction given to the Custodian by a representative of the Sub-Adviser Advisor properly authorized to give such instruction under the Custody Agreement. Any assets added to the any Fund shall be delivered directly to the Custodian.

Custodian. The Adviser Manager shall provide the Sub-Adviser with a copy of --------- the Fund’s Series's agreement with the custodian designated to hold the assets of the Fund Series (the “"Custodian”") and any material modifications thereto (the “"Custody Agreement”) that may affect the Sub-Adviser’s duties"), copies of such modifications to be provided to the Sub-Adviser reasonably a reasonable time in advance of the effectiveness of such modifications. The Sub-Advised Assets assets of the Segment shall be maintained in the custody of the Custodian identified in, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of, the Custody Agreement (or any sub-custodian properly appointed as provided in the Custody Agreement). The Sub-Adviser shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Custodian, unless such act or omission is taken solely in reliance upon instruction given to the Custodian by a representative of the Sub-Adviser properly authorized to give such instruction under the Custody Agreement. Any assets added to the Fund Segment shall be delivered directly to the Custodian.

Custodian. The Adviser shall provide the Sub-Adviser with a copy of the Fund’s agreement with the custodian designated to hold the assets of the Fund (the “Custodian”) and any material modifications thereto (the “Custody Agreement”) that may affect the Sub-Adviser’s duties, copies of such modifications to be provided to the Sub-Adviser reasonably in advance of the effectiveness of such modifications. The Sub-Advised Assets shall be maintained in the custody of the Custodian identified in, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of, the Custody Agreement (or any sub-custodian properly appointed as provided in the Custody Agreement). The Sub-Adviser shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Custodian, unless such act or omission is taken solely in reliance upon instruction given to the Custodian by a representative of the Sub-Adviser properly authorized to give such instruction under the Custody Agreement. Any assets added to the Fund shall be delivered directly to the Custodian. The Adviser shall authorize the Custodian to permit the Sub-Adviser to have electronic access to all books and records of the Fund maintained by the Custodian.

Custodian. The Adviser shall provide the Sub-Sub- Adviser with a copy of the Fund’s Portfolio's agreement with the any custodian designated to hold the assets of the Fund Portfolio (the “"Custodian”") and any material modifications thereto (the “"Custody Agreement”") that may affect the Sub-Sub- Adviser’s 's duties, copies of such modifications to be provided to the Sub-Adviser reasonably in advance of the effectiveness of such modifications. The Sub-Advised Assets shall be maintained in the custody of the Custodian identified in, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of, the Custody Agreement (or any sub-sub- custodian properly appointed as provided in the Custody Agreement). The Sub-Adviser shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Custodian, unless such act or omission is taken solely in reliance upon instruction given to the Custodian by a representative of the Sub-Sub- Adviser properly authorized to give such instruction under the Custody Agreement. Any assets added to the Fund Portfolio shall be delivered directly to the Custodian.

Custodian. The Sub-Adviser shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Custodian, unless such act or omission is taken solely in reliance upon instruction given to the Custodian by a representative of the Sub-Adviser properly authorized to give such instruction under the Custody Agreement. Any assets added to the Fund shall be delivered directly to the Custodian.

Custodian. The Adviser Manager shall provide the Sub-Adviser with a copy of the Fund’s Series' agreement with the custodian designated to hold the assets of the Fund Series (the “"Custodian”") and any material modifications thereto (the “"Custody Agreement”) that may affect the Sub-Adviser’s duties"), copies of such modifications to be Sub-Advisory Agreement - REIT Fund (2) provided to the Sub-Adviser reasonably a reasonable time in advance of the effectiveness of such modifications. The Sub-Advised Assets assets of the Series shall be maintained in the custody of the Custodian identified in, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of, the Custody Agreement (or any sub-custodian properly appointed as provided in the Custody Agreement). The Sub-Adviser shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Custodian, unless such act or omission is required by and taken solely in reliance upon instruction instructions given to the Custodian by a representative of the Sub-Adviser properly authorized to give such instruction instructions under the Custody Agreement. Any assets added to the Fund Series shall be delivered directly to the Custodian.

Custodian. The Adviser Manager shall provide the Sub-Adviser with a copy of the Fund’s Series' agreement with the custodian designated to hold the assets of the Fund Series (the “"Custodian”") and any material modifications thereto (the “"Custody Agreement”) that may affect the Sub-Adviser’s duties"), copies of such modifications to be provided to the Sub-Adviser reasonably a reasonable time in advance of the effectiveness of such modifications. The Sub-Advised Assets assets of the Series shall be maintained in the custody of the Custodian Sub-Advisory Agreement Small Cap Value Fund (2) identified in, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of, the Custody Agreement (or any sub-custodian properly appointed as provided in the Custody Agreement). The Sub-Adviser shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Custodian, unless such act or omission is required by and taken solely in reliance upon instruction instructions given to the Custodian by a representative of the Sub-Adviser properly authorized to give such instruction instructions under the Custody Agreement. Any assets added to the Fund Series shall be delivered directly to the Custodian.

Custodian. The Adviser Manager shall provide the Sub-Adviser with a copy of the Fund’s --------- Series's agreement with the custodian designated to hold the assets of the Fund Series (the “"Custodian”") and any material modifications thereto (the “"Custody Agreement”) that may affect the Sub-Adviser’s duties"), copies of such modifications to be provided to the Sub-Adviser reasonably a reasonable time in advance of the effectiveness of such modifications. The Sub-Advised Assets assets of the Segment shall be maintained in the custody of the Custodian identified in, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of, the Custody Agreement (or any sub-custodian properly appointed as provided in the Custody Agreement). The Sub-Adviser shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Custodian, unless such act or omission is taken solely in reliance upon instruction given to the Custodian by a representative of the Sub-Adviser properly authorized to give such instruction under the Custody Agreement. Any assets added to the Fund Segment shall be delivered directly to the Custodian.

Custodian. The Sub-Advised Assets assets of the Segments shall be maintained in the custody of the Custodian identified in, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of, the Custody Agreement (or any sub-custodian properly appointed as provided in the Custody Agreement). The Sub-Adviser shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Custodian, unless such act or omission is taken solely in reliance upon instruction given to the Custodian by a representative of the Sub-Adviser properly authorized to give such instruction under the Custody Agreement. Any assets added to the Fund Segments shall be delivered directly to the Custodian.

Custodian. The Sub-Adviser shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Custodian, unless such act or omission is taken solely in reasonable reliance upon instruction given to the Custodian by a representative of the Sub-Adviser properly authorized hereunder to give such instruction under in connection with, and to facilitate, Sub-Adviser’s management of the Custody Sub-Advised Assets pursuant to this Agreement. Any assets added to the Fund shall be delivered directly to the Custodian.

Custodian. The Adviser shall provide the Sub-Adviser with a copy of the Fund’s agreement with the custodian designated to hold the assets of the Fund (the “Custodian”) and any material modifications thereto (the “Custody Agreement”Agreement “) that may affect the Sub-Adviser’s duties, copies of such modifications to be provided to the Sub-Adviser reasonably in advance of the effectiveness of such modifications. The Sub-Advised Assets shall be maintained in the custody of the Custodian identified in, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of, the Custody Agreement (or any sub-custodian properly appointed as provided in the Custody Agreement). The Sub-Adviser shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Custodian, unless such act or omission is taken solely in reliance upon instruction given to the Custodian by a representative of the Sub-Adviser properly authorized to give such instruction under the Custody Agreement. Any assets added to the Fund shall be delivered directly to the Custodian.

Any assets added to the Fund shall be delivered directly to the Custodian. The Sub-Adviser is responsible for the cash management of the Sub-Advised Assets.

Custodian. The Adviser shall will provide the Sub-Adviser with a copy of the FundPortfolio’s agreement with the any custodian designated to hold the assets of the Fund Portfolio (the “Custodian”) and any material modifications thereto (the “Custody Agreement”) that may affect the Sub-Adviser’s duties, copies of such modifications to be provided to the Sub-Adviser reasonably in advance of the effectiveness of such modifications. The Sub-Advised Assets shall will be maintained in the custody of the Custodian identified in, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of, the Custody Agreement (or any sub-custodian properly appointed as provided in the Custody Agreement). The Sub-Adviser shall will have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Custodian, unless such act or omission is taken solely in reliance upon instruction given to the Custodian by a representative of the Sub-Adviser properly authorized to give such instruction under the Custody Agreement. Any assets added to the Fund shall Portfolio will be delivered directly to the Custodian.

The Sub-Adviser Advisor shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Custodian, unless such act or omission is taken solely in reliance upon instruction given to the Custodian by a representative of the Sub-Adviser Advisor properly authorized to give such instruction under the Custody Agreement. Any assets added to the Fund shall be delivered directly to the Custodian. The Advisor shall be responsible for all custodial arrangements, including the payment of all fees and charges to the custodian.

Custodian. The Adviser Advisers shall provide the Sub-Adviser with a copy of the Fund’s 's agreement with the custodian designated to hold the assets of the Fund (the “"Custodian”") and any material modifications thereto (the “"Custody Agreement”") that may affect the Sub-Adviser’s 's duties, copies of such modifications to be provided to the Sub-Adviser reasonably in advance of the effectiveness of such modifications. The Sub-Advised Assets shall be maintained in the custody of the Custodian identified in, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of, the Custody Agreement (or any sub-custodian properly appointed as provided in the Custody Agreement). The Sub-Adviser shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Custodian, unless such act or omission is taken solely in reliance upon negligent or erroneous instruction given to the Custodian by a representative of the Sub-Adviser properly authorized to give such instruction under the Custody Agreement. Any assets added to the Fund shall be delivered directly to the Custodian.

Custodian. The Adviser Advisers shall provide the Sub-Adviser with a copy of the Fund’s agreement with the custodian designated to hold the assets of the Fund (the “Custodian”) and any material modifications thereto (the “Custody Agreement”) that may affect the Sub-Adviser’s duties, copies of such modifications to be provided to the Sub-Adviser reasonably in advance of the effectiveness of such modifications. The Sub-Advised Assets shall be maintained in the custody of the Custodian identified in, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of, the Custody Agreement (or any sub-custodian properly appointed as provided in the Custody Agreement). The Sub-Adviser shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Custodian, unless such act or omission is taken solely in reliance upon negligent or erroneous instruction given to the Custodian by a representative of the Sub-Adviser properly authorized to give such instruction under the Custody Agreement.
