The "Custodial Work" clause defines the responsibilities and standards for cleaning, maintenance, and general upkeep services within a property or facility. Custodial Work. Bus drivers shall not be required to do custodial work in the bus garage as part of their regular duty. Drivers agree to sweep their bus daily and wash as needed with a minimum of once a month.
Custodial Work. The routine work of custodial/maintenance employees shall also include all maintenance work needed to operate and maintain the buildings and grounds in good condition. This shall include the normal cleaning functions, plumbing, glazing, painting, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ repairs, electrical repairs, etc., insofar as the capabilities of the individual will allow.

Supervision & Duties When a custodian at any school site receives multiple or conflicting requests for services at the same time, the custodian may request direction on how to proceed from the site administrator or designee. If a site administrator or designee is not available, the custodian will request direction from the custodial supervisor.
17.8.1 Custodians will not be required to load or unload the personal items of any District employee. Custodians shall not be required to clean skylights or exterior windows. No custodian shall be required to work on any ladder over 12 feet.
Custodial Work. The Employer and Union agree that non-union personnel are permitted to perform custodial services in the confidential areas of GHTA’s offices. The confidential areas are defined as the administrative offices, secretarial desks, the copy room, and the dispatch office. This exception applies to weekend custodial services only. ATU employees continue to provide custodial services to all other common areas of GHTA’s offices.
