Common use of CUSIP, ISIN and Common Code Numbers Clause in Contracts

CUSIP, ISIN and Common Code Numbers. The Issuer, in issuing the Notes, may use CUSIP, ISIN and Common Code numbers (if then generally in use), and, if so, such CUSIP, ISIN and Common Code numbers, as appropriate, shall be included in notices of redemption or exchange as a convenience to Holders; provided however, that no representation is made as to the correctness or accuracy of such numbers or codes either as printed on the Notes or as contained in any notice and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes, and any such redemption or exchange shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such numbers. The Issuer shall promptly notify the Trustee of any change in the CUSIP, ISIN or Common Code numbers.
