Common use of CUSIP, ISIN and Common Code Numbers Clause in Contracts

CUSIP, ISIN and Common Code Numbers. Grupo Aval Limited in issuing the Notes may use CUSIP, ISIN and Common Code or other similar numbers (if then generally in use) and, if so, the Trustee shall use CUSIP, ISIN and Common Code or other similar numbers in notices as a convenience to Holders; provided that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Notes or as contained in any notice and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes, and any such notice shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such numbers. Grupo Aval Limited shall promptly notify the Trustee in writing of any change in CUSIP, ISIN or Common Code or other similar numbers.
