Current Survey Conditions Clause Samples
The 'Current Survey Conditions' clause defines the requirement that any surveys referenced in the agreement must accurately reflect the present state of the property at the time of the contract. This typically means that the survey should show all existing improvements, boundaries, easements, and any encroachments as they currently exist, rather than relying on outdated or incomplete information. By ensuring that all parties have access to up-to-date and accurate survey data, this clause helps prevent disputes over property lines or the existence of structures, thereby promoting transparency and reducing the risk of future legal issues.
