Common use of Current Obligations Clause in Contracts

Current Obligations. Nothing in this Agreement shall (a) limit the performance of the Company’s outstanding contractual obligations as of January 21, 2024, or (b) give the Rights Holder any veto right over the performance of any such obligations or the issuance of any Ordinary Shares, options or other securities of the Company in accordance with applicable employee incentive plans.
