Common use of Current Obligations Clause in Contracts

Current Obligations. Except for tax protests made in good faith and, the posting, if required, of any and all bonds therewith, Borrower shall pay all of its current obligations before they become delinquent, including all federal, state and local taxes, assessments, levies and governmental charges and all other payments required under any federal, state or local law.
