Current Compliance. Borrower is currently in compliance with all of the terms and conditions of the Loan Documents.
Current Compliance. The Obligors are currently in compliance with all of the terms and conditions of the Loan Documents and all Applicable Laws.

Except as disclosed in Schedule 3.4(c), Sellers are in material compliance with all terms and conditions of, and all of their obligations under, each Purchased License.
