Curbside Service. Customers that receive curbside service shall place carts at curbside by 6:00 a.m. on the designated pickup day. It shall be unlawful to place any waste at curbside except in an approved cart, or except as otherwise provided for herein. a. Carts shall be placed at least five feet from mailboxes, gas meters, cars, or shrubs or anything else that could interfere with loading by mechanical equipment. b. Carts placed at curbside must be at least three (3) feet apart. c. All wastes shall be placed inside the cart and lids must be completely closed in order to avoid spillage and problems with mechanical loading equipment.
