Cumulative Benefits. Except as provided in Section 3.03(b), the rights and benefits provided to the Executive under the Agreement are in addition to and shall not be a replacement of, all of the other rights and benefits provided to such Executive under any Benefit Plan or any agreement between such Executive and the Company.

Cumulative Benefits. Except as provided in Section 3.05 or as otherwise agreed to in a writing signed between the Company and the Participant, the rights and benefits provided to any Participant under this Plan are cumulative of, and are in addition to, all of the other rights and benefits provided to such Participant under any Benefit Plan or any agreement between such Participant and the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Cumulative Benefits. Nothing herein shall be in lieu of, but shall be in addition to, all pension and profit sharing benefits accruing under any such programs provided by the Company, and in which the Executive has been a participant.

  • Executive Benefits The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employees, including, but not limited to, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefits.

  • Lifetime Benefits This Letter of Understanding forms an integral part of the collective agreement, and is intended to continue in effect during the term of subsequent collective agreements to the extent provided for herein.
