Common use of CSE Delisting Clause in Contracts

CSE Delisting. Subject to applicable Laws, the Purchaser and the Company shall use their commercially reasonable efforts promptly following the Effective Time to cause the Company Subordinate Voting Shares to be de-listed from the CSE with effect promptly following the acquisition by the Purchaser of the Company Shares pursuant to the Arrangement.

CSE Delisting. Subject to applicable Laws, the Purchaser and the Company shall use their commercially reasonable efforts promptly following the Effective Time to cause the Company Subordinate Voting Shares to be de-listed from the CSE with effect promptly following the acquisition by the Purchaser of the Company Shares pursuant to the Arrangement.

CSE Delisting. Subject to applicable Laws, the Purchaser Buyer and the Company shall use their commercially reasonable efforts promptly following the Effective Time to cause the Company Subordinate Voting Shares to be de-listed from the CSE with effect promptly following the acquisition by the Purchaser Buyer of the Company Shares pursuant to the Arrangement.

Subject to applicable Laws, the Purchaser and the Company shall use their commercially reasonable efforts promptly following the Effective Time to cause the Company Subordinate Voting Common Shares to be de-listed from the CSE with effect promptly following the acquisition by the Purchaser of the Company Common Shares pursuant to the Arrangement.

Subject to applicable Laws, the Purchaser and the Company shall use their commercially reasonable efforts promptly following the Effective Time to cause the Company Subordinate Voting Shares to be de-listed from the CSE and any other stock exchange on which the Company Shares are listed or quoted with effect promptly following the acquisition by the Purchaser of the Company Shares pursuant to the Arrangement.

Subject to applicable Laws, the Purchaser and the Company shall use their commercially reasonable efforts promptly following the Effective Time to cause the Company Subordinate Voting Common Shares to be de-listed from the CSE with effect promptly following the acquisition by the Purchaser of the Company Common Shares pursuant to the Arrangement.
