Shoreland means land, as defined in Minn. Stat. § 103F.205, subd. 4, located within 1,000 feet from the normal high water mark of a lake, pond, or flowage and 300 feet of a river or stream or the landward side of floodplain delineated by ordinance on such a river or stream, whichever is greater.
Green means products, materials, methods and processes certified by a “Green Authority” that conserve natural resources, reduce energy or water consumption, avoid toxic or other polluting emissions or otherwise minimize environmental impact.
Graywater means untreated wastewater that has not been contaminated by any toilet discharge, has not been affected by infectious, contaminated, or unhealthy bodily wastes, and does not present a threat from contamination by unhealthful processing, manufacturing, or operating wastes. "Graywater" includes, but is not limited to, wastewater from bathtubs, showers, bathroom washbasins, clothes washing machines, and laundry tubs, but does not include wastewater from kitchen sinks or dishwashers. Health and Safety Code Section 17922.12.
seaman ’ means an individual (except scientific personnel, a sailing school instruc- tor, or a sailing school student) engaged or employed in any capacity on board a vessel.
Parks means the parks or green spaces named in the Application "Parties" means the Authority and the Licensee
Conifer means a tree that is a Douglas-fir, true fir, pine, western hemlock, spruce, or cedar.
Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.
Shorelands or "shoreland areas" means those lands extending landward for two hundred feet in all directions as measured on a horizontal plane from the ordinary high water mark; floodways and contiguous floodplain areas landward two hundred feet from such floodways; and all wetlands and river deltas associated with the streams, lakes, and tidal waters which are subject to the provisions of this chapter; the same to be designated as to location by the department of ecology.
Winner means a person (other than the person making the supply referred to in sub-paragraph (2)) playing successfully.
Barber means a person who shaves or trims the beard of a person; cuts, trims, shampoos, relaxes, curls, permanently waves, dresses, tints, bleaches, colors, arranges, or styles the hair of a person; massages the face and head of a person; or renders personal services of a similar nature customarily done by a barber.
LOT FRONTAGE means lot frontage as defined in Town's Zoning By-law No. 1136 (1987), as amended, or any successor thereto.
Parkland means any publicly owned land which is designated or used as a public park, recreation area, wildlife or waterfowl refuge or historic site.
Warden means the Warden In-charge of Hall of Residence VIII and includes other Wardens of the said Hall.
Frontage means and refer to all the property on one side of a street between two intersecting streets measured along the line of the street, or if the street is dead-ended, then all of the property abutting on one side between an intersecting street and the dead end of the street.
Bay means parking bay;
CORA means the Colorado Open Records Act, §§24-72-200.1 et. seq., C.R.S.
Woodland means a group of indigenous trees which are not a natural forest, but whose crowns cover [more than] at least five per cent of the area [bounded by trees forming the perimeter of the group] they 10
Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
Spring means a source of water where an aquifer comes in contact with the ground surface.
Bouquet or “bouquet of channels” means an assortment of distinct channels offered together as a group or as a bundle and all its grammatical variations and cognate expressions shall be construed accordingly;
Freeway means a divided multi-lane highway for through traffic with all crossroads separated in grade and with full control of access.
Crosswalk means that part of a roadway at an intersection included within the connections of the
Air freshener means any consumer product including, but not limited to, sprays, wicks, powders, and crystals, designed for the purpose of masking odors or freshening, cleaning, scenting, or deodorizing the air. Air fresheners do not include products that are used on the human body, products that function primarily as cleaning products (as indicated on a product label) or as toilet/urinal care products, disinfectant products claiming to deodorize by killing germs on surfaces, or institutional or industrial disinfectants when offered for sale solely through institutional and industrial channels of distribution. Air fresheners do include spray disinfectants and other products that are expressly represented for use as air fresheners, except institutional and industrial disinfectants when offered for sale through institutional and industrial channels of distribution. To determine whether a product is an air freshener, all verbal and visual representations regarding product use on the label or packaging and in the product's literature and advertising may be considered. The presence of, and representations about, a product's fragrance and ability to deodorize (resulting from surface application) shall not constitute a claim of air freshening.

Ward means an individual for whom a guardian is appointed.
Shoreline means the upper reaches of the wash of the waves, other than storm and seismic waves, at high tide during the season of the year in which the highest wash of the waves occurs, usually evidenced by the edge of vegetation growth, or the upper limit of debris left by the wash of the waves.
