State Street Interchange State Street Interchange is an open information delivery architecture wherein proprietary communication products, data formats and workstation tools are replaced by industry standards and is designed to enable the connection of State Street’s network to customer networks, thereby facilitating the sharing of information. ATTACHMENT C Undertaking (Fund Accountants) The undersigned understands that in the course of its employment as Fund Accountant to each fund listed on Appendix A (as amended from time to time) to that certain Custodian Agreement dated as of January 28, 1998 (the “Fund”), it will have access to State Street Bank and Trust Company’s Multicurrency HORIZON Accounting System and other information systems (collectively, the “System”). The undersigned acknowledges that the System and the databases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, documentation, and other information made available to the Undersigned by State Street Bank and Trust Company (“State Street”) as part of the Data Access Services provided to the Fund and through the use of the System constitute copyrighted, trade secret, or other proprietary information of substantial value to State Street. Any and all such information provided by State Street to the Undersigned shall be deemed proprietary and confidential information of State Street (hereinafter “Proprietary Information”). The undersigned agrees that it will hold such Proprietary Information in confidence and secure and protect it in a manner consistent with its own procedures for the protection of its own confidential information and to take appropriate action by instruction or agreement with its employees who are permitted access to the Proprietary Information to satisfy its obligations hereunder. The undersigned will not attempt to intercept data, gain access to data in transmission, or attempt entry into any system or files for which it is not authorized. It will not intentionally adversely affect the integrity of the System through the introduction of unauthorized code or data, or through unauthorized deletion. Upon notice by State Street for any reason, any right to use the System and access to the Data Access Services shall terminate and the Undersigned shall immediately cease use of the System and the Data Access Services. Immediately upon notice by State Street for any reason, the undersigned shall return to State Street all copies of documentation and other Proprietary Information in its possession. Interchange The Engineer shall be responsible for the complete design of the mainlanes and ramps, auxiiliary lanes and direct connectors, and managed lanes as shown on the schematic. The State will provide the structural details of the direct connectors interchange or the State may request the Engineer to provide the structural details of the direct connectors interchange. The interchange design must be consistent with the schematic design and must include a plan and profile of the thoroughfares, intersection layout, drainage structures, sidewalks, geometrics, signalization, turnaround details, and transitions to existing roadway. The Engineer shall include the structural details of the direct connectors interchange with the PS&E submittal.

International Processing 8.1. Conditions for International Processing SAP shall be entitled to process Personal Data, including by using Subprocessors, in accordance with this DPA outside the country in which the Customer is located as permitted under Data Protection Law.
Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.
Data Collection, Processing and Usage The Company collects, processes and uses the International Participant’s personal data, including the International Participant’s name, home address, email address, and telephone number, date of birth, social insurance number or other identification number, salary, citizenship, job title, any shares of Common Stock or directorships held in the Company, and details of all Equity Awards or any other equity compensation awards granted, canceled, exercised, vested, or outstanding in the International Participant’s favor, which the Company receives from the International Participant or the Employer. In granting the Equity Award under the Plan, the Company will collect the International Participant’s personal data for purposes of allocating shares of Common Stock and implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Company’s legal basis for the collection, processing and usage of the International Participant’s personal data is the International Participant’s consent.
Secure Information Handling and Transfers 7.1 Physical and electronic handling, processing and transferring of DWP Data, including secure access to systems and the use of encryption where appropriate.
Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.
TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees.
