Critical Incident Stress Debriefing. The Agency shall provide Employees appropriate and adequate Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (hereinafter referred to as “CISD”). CISD is to be used for critical job-related incidents including, but not limited to, mass casualty, riots, work peer suicide, serious work injury, and/or work- related death of co-worker. Such CISD shall include, when appropriate, initial debriefing, individual and group therapy and/or counseling, and/or follow-up. All debriefings and other CISD sessions shall be strictly confidential. Where Workers’ Compensations benefits are available for an Employee injury, this Section, if otherwise applicable, may be used to provide reasonable supplemental treatment not provided by Workers’ Compensation.
Critical Incident Stress Debriefing. In the event a worksite is impacted by a critical incident, and to the extent budgetary resources allow, the Employer will provide the employees appropriate and adequate Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD). CISD is to be used for critical job-related incidents including, but not limited to, mass casualty, riots, work peer suicide, serious work injury, and/or work-related death of co- worker. CISD response will be offered as soon as practicable after an incident.
Critical Incident Stress Debriefing. Critical incident stress debriefing session(s) shall be made available to affected Employees following a report of a critical incident(s). Such session(s) shall be made available to affected Employees without loss of pay or deduction from their sick leave credits.
Critical Incident Stress Debriefing. A joint committee of two members each from labor and management shall continue/be re-established to review how the Department's policy on Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (Section 1860 et seq.) is being implemented. The committee shall meet at least twice during the calendar year 1999.

Critical Incident Stress Debriefing. 27.4.1 The City/Department shall be prepared to discuss the possibility of providing Chaplain services for employees.
Critical Incident Stress Debriefing. (a) A critical incident stress debriefing session shall be made available and promoted to employees, as soon as possible after a critical workplace incident occurs. (A critical workplace incident may include situations such as suicide, violent assaults, deaths, etc.) Leave to attend such a session will be without loss of pay. Those employees attending outside of their regular work hours, shall be compensated for the actual time in attendance only at straight-time.
Critical Incident Stress Debriefing. Employees requiring assistance in dealing with critical incidents will have access to the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EAP).
Critical Incident Stress Debriefing. Employees requiring assistance in dealing with critical incidents will have access to the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP). This includes full-time, part-time and casual employees.
Critical Incident Stress Debriefing. In the event critical incident stress debriefing is needed, at the discretion of the Fire Chief, debriefing shall be permitted and adequate shift xxxxxxx will be maintained.
