Criteria for Generation. The Power Producer shall maintain generation so as to achieve annual CUF within + 10% and -15% of the contracted CUF till the end of 10 years from COD, subject to the annual CUF remaining minimum of 15%, and within +10% and -20% of the contracted annual CUF thereafter till the end of the PPA duration of 25 years. The lower limit will, however, be relaxable by GUVNL to the extent of non-availability of grid for evacuation which is beyond the control of the Power Producer. The annual CUF will be calculated every year from 1st April of the year to 31st March next year.
Criteria for Generation. 6.8.3a The SPD will declare the CUF of the Project and will be allowed to revise the same once within first year after COD of the full project capacity. Subsequent to commissioning/part- commissioning of the Project, Buying Entity, in any Contract Year, shall not be obliged to purchase any additional energy from the Buyer/SPD beyond ….. Million kWh (MU) from the Solar Power Project. The above limits shall be considered on pro-rata basis with respect to the individual projects commissioned until commissioning of the entire Project capacity allocated under this Agreement. Further, for the first year of operation, the above limits shall be considered on pro-rata basis.

The annual effective CUF declared by the selected Hydro Power Generator at the time of submission of response to RfS, shall be allowed to be modified at the time of signing of PPA. Thereafter, the effective CUF for the Project shall remain unchanged for the entire term of the PPA. The declared effective CUF shall in no case be less than 20.5% over a year. Hybrid Power Developer shall maintain generation so as to achieve effective CUF in the range of ±10 % of their declared value during PPA duration. The lower limit will, however, be relaxable by MSEDCL to the extent of grid non-availability which is beyond the control of the Hybrid Power Developer. The annual effective CUF will be calculated every year from 1st April of the year to 31st March next year.

The SPD shall maintain generation so as to achieve annual CUF within +10% and -15% of the contracted CUF till the end of 10 years from COD and within +10% and -20% of the contracted annual CUF thereafter till the end of the PPA duration of 25 years, subject to condition that the annual CUF during the entire term of PPA shall remain minimum of 17%. PSPCL, in any Contract Year except for the first year of operation, shall not be obliged to purchase any additional energy from the SPD beyond ……….. Million kWh (MU). For the first year of operation, the above limit shall be considered on pro-rata basis. In case of part commissioning of the Project, the above limit shall be considered on pro-rata basis till the commissioning of full capacity of the Project. The annual CUF will be calculated every year from 1st April of the year to 31st March next year.

SPD shall maintain generation so as to achieve annual CUF within + 10% and -15% of the declared value till the end of 10 years from COD, subject to the annual CUF remaining minimum of 15%, and within +10% and -20% of the declared value of the annual CUF thereafter till the end of the PPA duration of 25 years. The lower limit will, however, be relaxable by Zonal Railways to the extent of non-availability of grid for evacuation which is beyond the control of the SPD. The annual CUF will be calculated every year from 1st April of the year to 31st March next year.

Similarly, for the last year of operation of the Project, the annual CUF shall be calculated for the complete calendar year before the expiry of the PPA.
Criteria for Generation. The HPD shall maintain generation so as to achieve annual CUF as per Schedule 4 for the PPA duration of 25 years. The HPD will declare the annual CUF of the Projects at the time of submission of response to RfS, and the HPD will be allowed to revise the same once within first three years after COD. Thereafter, the CUF for the Project shall remain unchanged for the entire term of the PPA. In case of Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project, GUVNL shall use the power for fulfillment of solar and non-solar RPO in the proportion of rated capacity of solar and wind power in the hybrid project respectively.
