CRIS means (a) prior to giving effect to the business combination, Climate Change Crisis Real Impact I Acquisition Corporation, and (b) after giving effect to the business combination, EVgo Inc., the new name of Climate Change Crisis Real Impact I Acquisition Corporation after giving effect to the business combination.

Examples of CRIS in a sentence

  • Additional CRIS MW does not include any MW quantity of CRIS that is exempt from an Offer Floor pursuant to Section 23.4.5.7.7(a) or (b), Section 23.4.5.7.8, or an increase of 2 MW or less in an Examined Facility’s MW quantity of CRIS obtained pursuant to Section 30.3.2.6 of Attachment X to the OATT.
