Criminal Charges. 10.01 If the projectionist employee, while she or he is performing her or his normal duties as a projectionist and acting on the instructions of the Society, should by virtue of performing those duties be charged with an offense under Section 163 & Section 167 of the Criminal Code of Canada, 1985, the Society shall be required to provide the following assistance:
