Common use of Criminal Background Check Clause in Contracts

Criminal Background Check. 29.1 The Board will ensure that all records and information (including offence declaration and CPIC record) obtained pursuant to Regulation 521/01 of the Education Act are stored in a secure location and in a completely confidential manner. Access to such records and information will be strictly limited to the members of Senior Administration, The Manager of Human Resources, and no more that two delegates of the Superintendent, as long as they area not members of the bargaining unit.
