Common use of Criminal Background Check Clause in Contracts

Criminal Background Check. It is the Responsibility of BAYSIDE COMMUNITY NETWORK, INC to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5- 551 through 5-557. BAYSIDE COMMUNITY NETWORK, INC may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of BAYSIDE COMMUNITY NETWORK, INC makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

BAYSIDE SUNRISE COMMUNITY NETWORKOF MARYLAND, INC INC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of BAYSIDE the SUNRISE COMMUNITY NETWORKOF MARYLAND, INC INC. makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

BAYSIDE COMMUNITY NETWORKTHE ARC OF XXXXXX COUNTY, INC may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of BAYSIDE COMMUNITY NETWORKTHE ARC OF XXXXXX COUNTY , INC makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

BAYSIDE COMMUNITY NETWORK, INC THE ARC NORTHERN CHESAPEAKE REGION may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-14- 101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of BAYSIDE COMMUNITY NETWORK, INC the HKNC makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

BAYSIDE COMMUNITY NETWORKPEACEFUL MINDS RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, INC LLC may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of BAYSIDE COMMUNITY NETWORKPeaceful Minds Residential Services, INC LLC makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

BAYSIDE COMMUNITY NETWORKNEW HORIZONS SUPPORTED SERVICES, INC INC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of BAYSIDE COMMUNITY NETWORKNew Horizons Supported Services, INC Inc. makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

BAYSIDE COMMUNITY NETWORKK & I HEALTHCARE SERVICES, INC LLC may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of BAYSIDE COMMUNITY NETWORKK & I Healthcare Services, INC LLC makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

BAYSIDE COMMUNITY NETWORKUNITED NEEDS AND ABILITIES, INC INC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of BAYSIDE COMMUNITY NETWORKUnited Needs and Abilities, INC Inc. makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

BAYSIDE COMMUNITY NETWORK, INC INTERLINK COUNSELING AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of BAYSIDE COMMUNITY NETWORK, INC the INTERLINK COUNSELING AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.
