Criminal Acts. In the event that you are under caution, arrested, charged with, and/or convicted of, a criminal act, you will advise the Corporation’s Human Resources Department immediately. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.

Criminal Acts. Employment on the project by the Consultant, or any of its sub-contractors, of any employee, or independent contractor, with any prior convictions of any crimes against children, crimes of violence or crimes of moral turpitude will not be tolerated. If it is determined that any person with such criminal history is on the project site, the Consultant agrees to take all steps necessary to remove such person from the project and the property. Owner shall have the right to terminate this Agreement if the Consultant does not comply with this provision.
Criminal Acts. Employment by any Construction Manager of any employees or Trade Contractors hired by the Construction Manager with multiple felonies and / or crimes against children will not be tolerated. The Construction Manager must provide documented proof of efforts to comply with this requirement. The Owner may declare any non-compliance or lack of diligent effort by the Construction Manager to comply as a breach of contract and immediately terminate the services of the Construction Manager.
