Crew Rental Clause Samples
The Crew Rental clause defines the terms under which crew members are provided for a project or service. Crew Rental. County and District may request Contractor to perform fence and gate operations outside scope of previous work items. Contractor will be given specific location and job description by County’s Project Manager and shall meet prior to any work being performed. Contractor shall furnish a two (2) man crew with equipment necessary to perform the requested work.
1. Compensation for conforming to crew rental requirements will be considered as included in the contract unit price bid per hour in accordance with these specifications and no additional compensation will provided by County and District.
a. Supplying a 2 man crew with all the necessary equipment
b. Cleanup, removal and disposal of debris
