ZEISS and joint users of such information are authorized to receive and exchange credit information and to update such information as appropriate for the express purpose of assessing Buyer’s credit worthiness.

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties have agreed to the following:
Credit Statement. We will provide you with a six monthly credit statement setting out an overview of what has happened to your credit status over the six months ending on the date of the credit statement. This will include an illustration of how your credit score has changed over time.

Buyer, its owners and/or principals hereby consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their respective personal information in order for ZEISS to: determine the creditworthiness of Buyer, its owners and/or its principals; to meet Xxxxx’s requests for Product; to administer accounts; and to comply with legal requirements. Without limiting the foregoing, Buyer, its owners and/or principals hereby consent to the disclosure of their respective personal information to third parties where required in order to obtain credit reports and credit references and to otherwise determine the creditworthiness of Buyer, its owners and/or principals. In addition, Buyer, its owners and/or principals hereby authorize ZEISS to disclose to third parties, including one or more credit reporting agencies, any delinquencies by Buyer in paying invoice(s) and balance(s) thereunder.
Credit Statement. A statement of credits applicable to the Picture (the "Credit Statement") setting forth the names of and Spyglass's credit obligations toward all persons to whom Spyglass is contractually obligated to accord credit in connection with the Picture on the screen, in any paid advertising, in paperback books, on sound recordings and on videocassette packages.
