Common use of Credit Risk Manager Clause in Contracts

Credit Risk Manager. For and on behalf of the Depositor, the Credit Risk Manager will provide reports and recommendations concerning certain delinquent and defaulted Mortgage Loans, and as to the collection of any Prepayment Charges with respect to the Mortgage Loans. Such reports and recommendations will be based upon information provided to the Credit Risk Manager pursuant to the Credit Risk Management Agreement, and the Credit Risk Manager shall look solely to the Servicer for all information and data (including loss and delinquency information and data) relating to the servicing of the Mortgage Loans. Upon any termination of the Credit Risk Manager or the appointment of a successor Credit Risk Manager, the Trustee, if it has been notified in writing of such termination or appointment, shall give written notice thereof to the Servicer and the Depositor.

Notwithstanding the Depositorforegoing, the termination of the Credit Risk Manager pursuant to this Section shall not become effective until the appointment of a successor Credit Risk Manager.
