Credit Monitoring Services. If you don’t have access to all 3 credit reports from Transunion, Experian and Equifax we will require you to obtain a monitoring service of your choice. We currently refer customers to Procredit to get credit reports and scores. They charge $16.95. This is not part of our services and fees. You can choose any credit monitoring service as long as they provide the information we require. SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY THE CREDIT REPAIR SHOP, INC. (CRA’s - Credit Reporting Agencies)
Credit Monitoring Services. Settlement Class Members shall be offered an opportunity to enroll in two (2) years of credit monitoring and identity theft protection with $1 million in insurance through Pango Group's Identity Defense product.
Credit Monitoring Services. Settlement Class Members will receive an enrollment code for two (2) years of Identity Guard Total Service from Aura upon submission of an approved Claim Form on or before the Claims Deadline. The enrollment codes will be provided within fourteen (14) days after the Effective Date, Class Members will then have a period of ninety-five (95) days after the Effective Date to enroll in and activate the service. Submission of a Claim Form is required to receive a code, and enrollment after the Effective Date is necessary The Identity Guard Total Service from Aura includes, at least, the following, or similar, services: (i) credit monitoring; (ii) dark web monitoring; and (iii) identity theft insurance of up to $1,000,000.00.

All Settlement Class Members will be eligible for three (3) years of single-bureau (“1B”) credit monitoring services with $1,000,000.00 in identity theft protection services upon submission of a valid Claim Form. After the Court enters the Final Order and Judgment in the Lawsuit, Settlement Class Members will be sent, to the email address they provide, an identification number to activate the credit monitoring services. Squirrel Hill will pay for the credit monitoring services separate and apart from other settlement benefits.

Credit Monitoring Services. Once your credit report has been requested as set out above, you will receive a monthly notification alerting you if any of the following occur in the previous month: Your Experian® credit report is searched, An account is added to or deleted from your credit report, A change is made to the payment history of your credit accounts, A judgment, voluntary arrangement or bankruptcy (or a decree, debt arrangement or sequestration in Scotland) is added or deleted. If there have been no such changes then PrivacyGuard® will notify you every 3 months that this is the case.
Credit Monitoring Services. Settlement Class Members who do not opt for the Alternative Cash Payment are eligible to receive 24 months of Credit Monitoring Services free of charge. The Credit Monitoring Services will be provided to all valid claimants who timely enroll in these services for a period of 24 months from the date of activation, including daily three-bureau credit monitoring with Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion; identity restoration services; and $1 million in identity theft insurance, among other features.
Credit Monitoring Services. All Settlement Class Members will be eligible to claim one year of credit monitoring services through Aura upon submission of a valid Claim Form. If the settlement is ultimately approved, Class Members making a claim for the credit monitoring will be provided with a code required to activate credit monitoring. Aura provides single bureau credit monitoring, dark web monitoring, $1M reimbursement insurance, fully managed identity recovery and lost wallet assistance. If a Settlement Class Member claims the subscription to Xxxx’s Credit Monitoring Services, he or she must activate the service within 180 days from the date that the activation codes are sent. Xxxx-Xxxxxx will pay for the credit monitoring services separate and apart from other settlement benefits.
Credit Monitoring Services a) For the approximately 29,506 Settlement Class Members whose Social Security Numbers were involved in the Data Incident, those Settlement Class Members can elect to enroll in two years of three-bureau credit monitoring services regardless of whether they also submit a claim for Out-of-Pocket Losses, Extraordinary Losses, and Attested Time under the Settlement.
