Common use of Credit Fee Clause in Contracts

Credit Fee. The Borrower shall pay the Bank a credit fee at a percentage that will be established by the Bank on a periodic basis as a result of its review of financial charges, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Bank’s policy on lending rate methodology in ordinary capital loans; provided that, under no circumstance, may it exceed the percentage contemplated in Article 3.02 of the General Conditions.
