CREDIT EXPERIENCE Sample Clauses

The CREDIT EXPERIENCE clause defines how a party's history of credit usage and payment behavior is considered within the context of the agreement. Its core practical function is to ensure that the party being evaluated is financially reliable, thereby reducing the risk of default and helping the other party make informed decisions about extending credit or entering into a financial relationship.
