Credit Derivatives Definitions. This Master Confirmation Agreement (which term includes all Annexes hereto) incorporates by reference the 2003 ISDA® Credit Derivatives Definitions as supplemented by the 2009 ISDA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees, Auction Settlement and Restructuring Supplement to the 2003 ISDA Credit Derivatives Definitions (together, the “Credit Derivatives Definitions”) as amended by Annex 2 (Amendments to the Credit Derivatives Definitions). Any capitalized term not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Credit Derivatives Definitions.
