Credit Approval; Documentation. Hospital shall have the sole right and responsibility to accept or reject a patient’s use of the Program. All Hospital Bills submitted to IFS for financing shall satisfy the Account Criteria and shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement. Unless agreed to in writing by IFS, I-hospital shall only allow payment pursuant to the Program from a Responsible Party who has executed a Revolving Credit Agreement. With respect to each Responsible Party seeking to utilize the Program who has not previously executed and delivered a Revolving Credit Agreement, Hospital shall obtain from such Responsible Party a signed copy of such agreement before authorizing payment of the Hospital Bxxx through the Program and shall deliver a completed copy of such agreement to the Responsible Party. Hospital shall certify on the Financing Request that each Responsible Party listed on the Form has signed and received a copy of the Revolving Credit Agreement prior to or at the time the Responsible Party is enrolled in the Program. Evidence of the Responsible Party’s agreement to the terms of the Revolving Credit Agreement shall be submitted to IFS upon request. The presentation by the Responsible Party to Hospital of a Valid Hospital Revolving Credit Card shall be conclusive evidence that he or she has previously executed a Revolving Credit Agreement.

  • Credit Approval All orders are subject to credit approval by Siemens. Siemens may modify, suspend or withdraw the credit amount or payment terms at any time. If there is doubt as to Buyer’s financial condition, Siemens may withhold performance of Services, require cash payments or advance payments, or require other satisfactory financial security before performance of Services.

  • Additional Documentation Execute and deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, any and all other agreements, instruments or documents which Lender may reasonably request in order to give effect to the transactions contemplated under this Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

  • Conflict with Letter of Credit Application In the event of any conflict between the terms hereof and the terms of any Letter of Credit Application, the terms hereof shall control.

  • ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTATION Each environmental service provided by the Engineer shall have a deliverable. Deliverables shall summarize the methods used for the environmental services, and shall summarize the results achieved. The summary of results shall be sufficiently detailed to provide satisfactory basis for thorough review by the State, The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and (where applicable) agencies with regulatory oversight. All deliverables shall meet regulatory requirements for legal sufficiency, and shall adhere to the requirements for reports enumerated in the State’s NEPA MOU.

  • Technical Documentation Prior to commencement of the Tests on Completion, the Contractor shall supply to the Engineer the technical documentation as specified in the Employer’s Requirements. The Works or Section shall not be considered to be completed for the purposes of taking- over under sub-clause 10.1 [Taking Over of the Works and Sections] until the Engineer has received the technical documentation as defined in this sub-clause 5.7, the "history file" including design calculations and certain certification as well as any other documents required to meet the CE Marking requirements.

  • Effect of Letter of Credit Application To the extent that any provision of any Letter of Credit Application related to any Letter of Credit is inconsistent with the provisions of this Article III, the provisions of this Article III shall apply.
