Common use of Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received from each party hereto either (i) a counterpart of this Credit Agreement signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include facsimile transmission of a signed signature page of this Credit Agreement) that such party has signed a counterpart of this Credit Agreement.

Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received from each party hereto either counterparts (iin such number as may be requested by the Administrative Agent) a counterpart of this Credit Agreement signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include facsimile transmission of a signed signature page of this Credit Agreement) that such party has signed a counterpart of this Credit Agreementparty.

Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received from each party hereto either (i) a counterpart of this Credit Agreement signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include facsimile transmission of a signed signature page of this Credit Agreement) that such party has signed a counterpart of this Credit Agreementparty.

The General Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received from each party hereto either (i) a counterpart of this Credit Agreement signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the General Administrative Agent (which may include facsimile telecopy transmission of a signed signature page of this Credit Agreement) that such party has signed a counterpart of this Credit Agreement.

Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received from each party hereto either (i) a counterpart of this Credit Agreement signed on behalf that, when taken together, bear the signatures of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include facsimile transmission of a signed signature page of this Credit Agreement) that such party has signed a counterpart of this Credit Agreementeach Loan Party and each Lender.

Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received from each party hereto either (i) a counterpart of this the Original Credit Agreement signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include a facsimile transmission of a signed signature page of this Credit Agreementor electronic image scan transmissions) that such party has signed a counterpart of this the Original Credit Agreement.

The Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received from each party hereto (including, without limitation, each Lender under, and as such term is defined in, the Existing Credit Agreement) either (i) a counterpart of this Credit Agreement signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include facsimile transmission of a signed signature page of this Credit Agreement) that such party has signed a counterpart of this Credit Agreement.

Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received from each party hereto either (i) a counterpart of this Credit Agreement signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include facsimile transmission of a telecopy or other electronically signed signature page of this Credit AgreementAgreement in accordance with Section 10.12, followed by originals) that such party has signed a counterpart of this Credit Agreement.

Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received from each party hereto (which parties include each Existing Revolving Lender, the Administrative Agent and each Existing Issuing Lender) either (i) a counterpart of this Credit Agreement signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include facsimile telecopy or other electronic transmission of a signed signature page of this Credit Agreement) that such party has signed a counterpart of this Credit Agreement.

Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received from each party hereto either (i) a counterpart of this Credit Agreement signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence and in form and substance satisfactory to the Commitment Parties and the Administrative Agent (which may include facsimile transmission of a signed signature page of this Credit Agreement) that such party has signed a counterpart of this Credit AgreementAgent.

Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received from each party hereto either (i) a counterpart of this Credit Agreement signed on behalf of such Cleco Power LLC Credit Agreement party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include facsimile transmission of a signed signature page of this Credit Agreement) that such party has signed a counterpart of this Credit Agreement.
