Creative Approval Clause Samples
The Creative Approval clause establishes the requirement for one or more parties to review and approve creative materials, such as advertisements, designs, or marketing content, before they are finalized or published. Typically, this clause outlines the process for submitting creative work, sets timelines for feedback or approval, and may specify standards or criteria that the materials must meet. Its core practical function is to ensure that all creative outputs align with the expectations, brand guidelines, or legal requirements of the approving party, thereby reducing the risk of disputes or reputational harm.
