Creation and Approval. For each Project undertaken under this Agreement, a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) shall be drafted by the Institute and is subject to review and approval by both Parties. Each SOW must include Project specifics such as scope of services, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and other relevant details as outlined in the provided SOW template.
