Cradles. Crosswinds reserves the right to refuse to use any Owner-furnished cradles which Crosswinds management feels are not safe or adequate. Unsafe cradles will be repaired prior to use at Owner's expense. Unless the Owner has signed a new contract with Crosswinds for the following winter season storage, Owner shall remove all cradles by May 1, next year. Should the cradles be left in storage with Crosswinds after May 1, next year, an additional charge of $100 per four (4) months (or any fraction thereof) will be paid by Owner to Crosswinds upon request.

Cradles. AWMO reserves the right to refuse to use any Lessee-furnished cradles which AWMO management feels are not safe or adequate. Unsafe cradles will be repaired prior to use at Lessee's expense. Unless the Lessee has signed a new contract with AWMO for the following winter season storage, Xxxxxx shall remove all cradles by June 1st, 2022. Should the cradles, trailers or masts be left in storage with AWMO after June 1 of next year, an additional charge of $200.00 will be charged for summer storage.
Cradles. Where netting is specified for cradles on suspended scaffolds, it should be either galvanized wire mesh netting having wires with a diameter of not less than 1.5 mm and spaced apart at not more than 25 mm, or of other fire-resistant materials of an equivalent strength. It must be securely fixed between the guardrail and the toeboard on all sides and ends of the cradle. A sign clearly displaying the working load limit should be securely fixed to the inside of the cradle. For articulated cradles, a sign should display the working load limit in the inside of each bay. The width of the platform of swing stage cradles should be not less than 450 mm nor more than 900 mm. The cradle should not be cantilevered past a scaffolding hoist by more than the designed distance. For double suspension rope cradles, the platform width should be not less than 900 mm nor more than 1.7 m. Each of the platform dimensions of work cages should be not less than 750 mm nor more than 1.5 m. Unsafe cradles will be repaired prior to use at Owner's expense. Unless the Owner has signed a new contract with Bay Marine for the following winter season storage, Owner shall remove all cradles by May 15, next year. Should the cradles be left in storage with Bay Marine after May 15, next year, an additional charge to be determined by Bay Marine based on amount of time cradle remains will be paid by Owner to Bay Marine upon request.

  • Blasting Blasting shall be permitted only for road construction purposes unless advance permission is obtained from Forest Service. Whenever the Industrial Fire Precaution Level is II or greater, a fire security person equipped with a long handled round point No. 0 or larger shovel and a 5 gallon backpack pump can filled with water, will stay at location of blast for 1 hour after blasting is done. Blasting may be suspended by Forest Service, in areas of high rate of spread and resistance to control. Fuses shall not be used for blasting. Explosive cords shall not be used without permission of Forest Service, which may specify conditions under which such explosives may be used and precautions to be taken.

  • Scoring The number of routes each company operates (Route # 0001-2999, 8000-8199) will be multiplied by 2 to determine the daily number of trips. (Only accidents, breakdowns and service reports related to routes falling in this range will be used for the evaluation). The daily number of trips will be multiplied by 175 to arrive at the annual number of trips. The number of accidents, breakdowns and service complaints will be divided by the total number of trips to calculate a percent figure. Each company’s percentage will be compared to the total average. See below for a sample.   • Vaccinations (1) Employees shall be provided with free influenza vaccination once annually.

  • Safety Glasses 10.3.1 Where a teacher is considered to be working in an “eye danger” area, the teacher shall receive a personal issue of standard neutral safety glasses which shall remain the property of the employer.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.
