CPR Instructor Certificate. $40.00 per month added to base pay. In order to retain the allowance, each instructor must complete a minimum of 4 complete classes as individual instructors or in conjunction with another instructor in the prior fiscal year. Instructors may conduct this minimum number of classes on scheduled week-days off. It will be each member’s responsibility to submit proper paperwork by September 30 each year, stating that they have completed the requirements of this article together with the completion dates, in order to receive payment. Only newly hired employees will be eligible for mid-year addition.
