CPM Schedule Submissions Sample Clauses

The CPM Schedule Submissions clause requires the contractor to regularly provide detailed project schedules using the Critical Path Method (CPM). These schedules typically outline the sequence and timing of all major project activities, identify dependencies, and highlight the critical path that determines the project's overall duration. By mandating these submissions, the clause ensures that both the contractor and the project owner have a clear, up-to-date understanding of project progress and potential delays, thereby facilitating effective project management and timely completion.
