Common use of CP Costs Payments Clause in Contracts

CP Costs Payments. On each Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to Agent (for the benefit of the Conduits) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital of each of the Conduits for the related Settlement Period in accordance with Article II.

CP Costs Payments. On each Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to the Agent (for the benefit of the ConduitsConduit) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital associated with all Purchaser Interests of each of the Conduits Conduit for the related Settlement immediately preceding Accrual Period in accordance with Article II.

CP Costs Payments. On each Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to the applicable Purchaser Agent (for the benefit of the Conduitsrelated Conduit Purchaser) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital of each portion of the Conduits Invested Amounts of all Receivable Interests funded by such Conduit Purchaser with Commercial Paper for the related Settlement Calculation Period then most recently ended in accordance with Article II.

CP Costs Payments. On each Settlement Date, Seller the Sellers shall pay to Agent (for the benefit of the Conduits) applicable Company an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital associated with all Purchaser Interests of each of the Conduits for the related such Company due and payable on such Settlement Period in accordance with Article IIDate.

On each Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to each Managing Agent (for the benefit of the Conduitseach Conduit Purchaser in its Purchase Group) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital of each of the Conduits such Conduit Purchaser funded with Pooled Commercial Paper or Tranche Funded Commercial Paper for the related Settlement immediately preceding Accrual Period in accordance with Article II.

On each Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to the Agent (for the benefit of the ConduitsCompany) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital associated with all Purchaser Interests of each of the Conduits Company for the related Settlement immediately preceding Accrual Period in accordance with Article II.

CP Costs Payments. On each Settlement Date, Seller shall will pay to Agent (for the benefit of the Conduits) each Conduit an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital associated with all Purchaser Interests of each of the Conduits such Conduit for the related Settlement immediately preceding Accrual Period in accordance with Article II.

On each Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to each Agent (for the benefit of the ConduitsConduit(s) in the relevant Conduit Group) an aggregate amount in each case equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital of each associated with all Purchaser Interests of the Conduits relevant Conduit(s) in such Conduit Group for the related Settlement immediately preceding Accrual Period in accordance with Article II.

CP Costs Payments. On each Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to the applicable Purchaser Agent (for the benefit of the Conduitsrelated Conduit Purchaser) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital of each portion of the Conduits Invested Amounts of all Receivable Interests funded by such Conduit Purchaser with Commercial Paper or otherwise funded by Reliant Trust for the related Settlement Calculation Period then most recently ended in accordance with Article II.

On each Settlement Date, the Seller shall pay to each Co-Agent (for the benefit of the Conduitsits Conduit) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital associated with all Receivable Interests of each of the Conduits such Conduit for the related Settlement immediately preceding Accrual Period in accordance with Article IISection 1.5.

On each Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to each Funding Agent (for the benefit of the ConduitsConduit(s) in the relevant Conduit Group) an aggregate amount in each case equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital of each associated with all Purchaser Interests of the Conduits relevant Conduit(s) in such Conduit Group for the related Settlement immediately preceding Accrual Period in accordance with Article II.

CP Costs Payments. On each Monthly Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to Agent (each Managing Agent, for the benefit of the Conduits) any Conduit in its related Purchaser Group, an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital associated with all Purchaser Interests of each of the Conduits such Conduit for the related Settlement immediately preceding Accrual Period in accordance with Article II.

CP Costs Payments. On each Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to Agent each of the Co-Agents (for the benefit of the Conduitsits Conduit) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital associated with all Purchaser Interests of each of the Conduits such Conduit for the related Settlement immediately preceding Accrual Period in accordance with Article II.

CP Costs Payments. On each Settlement Date, Seller shall will pay to Agent (for the benefit of the Conduits) each Conduit an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Conduit Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital associated with all Purchaser Interests of each of the Conduits such Conduit for the related Settlement immediately preceding Accrual Period in accordance with Article II.

CP Costs Payments. On each Settlement Date, the Seller shall pay to the Agent (for the benefit of the ConduitsConduit) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital Invested Amount of each all Receivable Interests held by the Conduit for any portion of the Conduits for the related Settlement Calculation Period then most recently ended in accordance with Article II.

CP Costs Payments. On each Monthly Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to the Agent (for the benefit of the ConduitsConduit) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital associated with all Purchaser Interests of each of the Conduits Conduit for the related Settlement immediately preceding Accrual Period in accordance with Article II.

CP Costs Payments. On the first Settlement Date after each Settlement CP Cost Billing Date, Seller shall pay to the Agent (for the benefit of the ConduitsConduit) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital associated with all Purchaser Interests of each of the Conduits Conduit for the related Settlement immediately preceding Accrual Period in accordance with Article II.

CP Costs Payments. On each Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to the Agent (for the benefit of the Conduits) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital of each associated with all Purchaser Interests of the Conduits for the related Settlement Period in accordance with Article II.. CP Costs Payments. On each Settlement DateDate (Fees), Seller shall pay to the Agent (for the benefit of the ConduitsCompany) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital associated with all Purchaser Interests of each of the Conduits Company for the related Settlement immediately preceding Accrual Period in accordance with Article II.

CP Costs Payments. On each Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to Agent each of the Co-Agents (for the benefit of the Conduitsits Conduit) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding such Conduit’s Capital of each of the Conduits for the related Settlement Period month (or portion thereof) then most recently ended in accordance with Article II.

CP Costs Payments. On each Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to the Agent (for the benefit of the ConduitsConduit) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital associated with all Purchaser Interests of each of the Conduits Conduit for the related Settlement Period in accordance with Article II.

CP Costs Payments. On each Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to Agent (for the benefit of the Conduits) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in RECEIVABLES PURCHASE AGREEMENT respect of the outstanding Capital of each of the Conduits for the related Settlement Period in accordance with Article II.

CP Costs Payments. On each Settlement Date, the Seller shall pay to the Agent (for the benefit of the Conduitseach Conduit) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital associated with all Receivable Interests of each of the Conduits such Conduit for the related Settlement immediately preceding Accrual Period in accordance with this Article II.

CP Costs Payments. On each Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to each Funding Agent (for the benefit of the Conduitseach Conduit in its Purchaser Group) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding all Capital associated with each Purchaser Interest of each of the Conduits such Conduit owing to it for the related Settlement immediately preceding Accrual Period in accordance with Article II.

CP Costs Payments. On each Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to Agent each of the Co-Agents (for the benefit of the Conduitsits Conduit) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital Invested Amount associated with all Receivable Interests funded with Commercial Paper of each of the Conduits such Conduit for the related immediately preceding Settlement Period in accordance with Article II.

CP Costs Payments.
