COVID-19 Precautions. The Company Group has implemented all workplace, operational and other precautions and measures regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, in line and in material compliance with all Center for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and other federal, state and local guidelines, directives and recommendations, as such guidelines, directives and recommendations have been amended from time to time, including social distancing measures, increased sanitization measures, measures to protect employee health, measures to prevent crowds, and measures to prevent unnecessary contact, and the Company Group is in material compliance with all Applicable Laws regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, including the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), the CARES Act, any and all “shelter in place,” “stay at home” or similar Order.

COVID-19 Precautions. Licensee agrees to abide by all WCU guidelines, directives and policies, including WCU’s “Catamounts Care” initiatives, to help members of the community stay healthy and combat the COVID-19 Pandemic. This agreement may be terminated without penalty by University in the event of public health concerns resulting from positive COVID-19 tests or due to COVID-19 pandmeic restrictions or limitations, including but not limited to, mandates or orders from a state or federal government to cancel such event.
COVID-19 Precautions. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the risk of exposure, Xxxxxxx has adopted various prevention and mitigation measures at each of its Facilities based on guidance from various sources including the Centers for Disease Control, World Health Organization, and state and local health departments. In addition, Xxxxxxx has adopted the safety measures described below (“Precautions”), which Service Provider agrees to adhere to where applicable to the Services or Service Provider Personnel’s access to any Facility.
COVID-19 Precautions. Vendor agrees to place the best safeguards in place to protect guests to the venue, artists and team members. Vendor will act in accordance with CDC guidelines and Venue’s local government requirements, utilizing the most protective process based upon information known at the time. Further, Vendor may at their discretion also institute greater proactive measures, such as social distancing, proof of vaccine or negative COVID-19 test.

  • Safety Precautions Resident acknowledges that neither Owner nor any of its agents, employees or representatives has made any representations or warranties, either written or oral, concerning the safety of the Property, the bedroom space or any apartment, or the effectiveness or operability of any security devices or safety, health or security measures at the Property, the bedroom space or any apartment. Resident acknowledges that Owner neither warrants nor guarantees the safety or security of residents or their Guests against any criminal or wrongful acts of third parties. Resident and his or her Guests are responsible for protecting their own respective person and property and hereby release Owner and its agents, employees and representatives for any and all damage to person and property. Owner’s safety measures are neither a warranty of safety nor a guaranty against crime or of a reduced risk of crime. Resident acknowledges that security devices or measures may be changed or removed by Owner without notice or compensation, and/or may fail or be thwarted by criminals or by electrical or mechanical malfunctions. Therefore, Resident acknowledges that he or she should not rely on such devices or measures and should take steps to protect himself or herself and his or her existing property notwithstanding these devices. Resident agrees to immediately notify Owner’s representative of any malfunctions involving locks and life-safety building components. Should Resident become seriously injured or imperiled at the Property, Resident authorizes Owner and its agents to call 911 Emergency at Resident’s expense, without legal obligation to do so.

  • Precautions Because welding and other hot work is a fire hazard, the Contractor must observe the following precautions and procedures (when possible, work should be done in a non-combustible area):

  • Fire Precautions Specific fire precautionary measures listed in C7.2 shall be applicable during Pur- chaser’s Operations in “Fire Precautionary Period” de- scribed in A12. Contracting Officer may change the dates of Fire Precautionary Period by advance written notice, if justified by unusual weather or other conditions. Required tools and equipment shall be kept in serviceable condition and immediately available for fire fighting at all times dur- ing Purchaser’s Operations in Fire Precautionary Period.

  • Substitute Precautions Forest Service may authorize substitute measures or equipment, or waive specific requirements by written notice, if substitute measures or equipment will afford equal protection or some of the required measures and equipment are un- necessary.

  • Emergency Precautions Forest Service may require the necessary shutting down of equipment on portions of Purchaser’s Operations, as specified by the emergency fire precautions schedule of C7.22. Under such conditions, after Purchaser ceases active opera- tions, Purchaser shall release for hire by Forest Service, if needed, Purchaser’s shutdown equipment for fire standby on Sale Area or other areas of Purchaser’s Operations and personnel for fire standby or fire patrol, when such personnel and equipment are not needed by Purchaser for other fire fighting or protection from fire. Equipment shall be paid for at fire fighting equipment rates common in the area or at prior agreed rates and, if Purchaser re- quests, shall be operated only by personnel approved by Purchaser. Personnel so hired shall be subject to direc- tion and control by Forest Service and shall be paid by Forest Service at fire fighting rates common in the area or at prior agreed rates.

  • Reasonable Precautions XXX shall take reasonable precautions to secure usernames, passwords, and any other means of gaining access to the services and hosted Student Data.

  • SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND PROGRAMS The Contractor shall be responsible for initiating, maintaining and supervising all safety precautions and programs in connection with the Work.

  • Safeguards Business Associate, its Agent(s) and Subcontractor(s) shall implement and use appropriate safeguards to prevent the use or disclosure of PHI other than as provided for by this Agreement. With respect to any PHI that is maintained in or transmitted by electronic media, Business Associate or its Subcontractor(s) shall comply with 45 CFR sections 164.308 (administrative safeguards), 164.310 (physical safeguards), 164.312 (technical safeguards) and 164.316 (policies and procedures and documentation requirements). Business Associate or its Agent(s) and Subcontractor(s) shall identify in writing upon request from Covered Entity all of the safeguards that it uses to prevent impermissible uses or disclosures of PHI.

  • Safeguards Monitoring and Reporting 8. The Borrower shall do the following or cause the Project Executing Agency to do the following:

  • Safeguards for Personal Information Supplier agrees to develop, implement, maintain, and use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, as deemed appropriate by DXC, to preserve the security, integrity and confidentiality of, and to prevent intentional or unintentional non-permitted or violating use or disclosure of, and to protect against unauthorized access to or accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, or alteration of, the Personal Information Processed, created for or received from or on behalf of DXC in connection with the Services, functions or transactions to be provided under or contemplated by this Agreement. Such safeguards shall meet all applicable legal standards (including any encryption requirements imposed by law) and shall meet or exceed accepted security standards in the industry, such as ISO 27001/27002. Supplier agrees to document and keep these safeguards current and shall make the documentation available to DXC upon request. Supplier shall ensure that only Supplier’s employees or representatives who may be required to assist Supplier in meeting its obligations under this Agreement shall have access to the Personal Information.
