Covered Services. PROVIDER represents and warrants to MSHN that Covered Services shall be provided to all eligible consumers in an appropriate, timely, and cost-effective manner. Further, PROVIDER represents and warrants to MSHN that PROVIDER shall furnish such services according to applicable medical, mental health and substance use disorder practices, national standards and applicable laws and regulations.
