Covered Person Clause Samples

Covered Person. An individual who is currently enrolled with United for the provision of services under a State Program. A Covered Person may also be referred to as an Enrollee, Member or Customer under the Agreement.

Covered Person. For purposes of this Article VIII, “Covered Person” shall mean the Manager, a Member, any affiliate of the Manager or a Member, any officers, directors, shareholders, partners, members, employees, representatives or agents of the Manager or a Member, or their respective affiliates, or any employee or agent of the Company or its affiliates.

Covered Person. For purposes of this Agreement, a “covered person” shall include the Indemnitee and any heir, executor, administrator or other legal representative of the Indemnitee following the Indemnitee’s death or incapacity.

Covered Person. Covered Person" means (a) the Member, (b) any manager or officer of the Company, the Member or their respective Affiliates, or (c) any Person who was, at the time of the act or omission in question, a Person described in either of clause (a) or (b) hereof.

Covered Person. Shall be defined as a person entitled to receive Covered Services pursuant to the Plan. A Covered Person shall reside in the Service Area and shall be: 2.1.16.1 a bona fide employee of GovGuam who is classified as a full time employee by GovGuam; or 2.1.16.2 voluntarily working under the "Quality Time" program and classified as such by GovGuam pursuant to P.L. 25-72; or 2.1.16.3 classified as a retiree of GovGuam by GovGuam; or 2.1.16.4 classified as a survivor of a retired employee of GovGuam by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; or 2.1.16.5 except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, a Covered Dependent.

Covered Person. A person who has been determined eligible for TennCare or CoverKids and who has been enrolled with United for the provision of Covered Services under TennCare or CoverKids. A Covered Person may also be referred to as an Enrollee, Member, Customer or Patient under the Agreement. For purposes of Section 4.15, and missed visits of home health services in Section 4.15(c), “Covered Person” means not only (1) the Covered Person, (2) the Covered Person’s parent, or (3) the Covered Person’s legal guardian, but also a person who has a close, personal relationship with the Covered Person and is routinely involved in providing unpaid support and assistance to them.

Covered Person. An executive officer or director of a public company or a covered non-public company, or a person materially supported by such executive officer or director.

Covered Person. In order to qualify as a Covered Person under the Limited Warranty, the Relying Party must meet all the following requirements: 3.1. be a natural person who has completed an online Financial Transaction with a Subscriber using a payment mechanism validly issued in the Relying Party’s name; 3.2. complete the transaction with a Subscriber using and relying upon a Sectigo-issued Publicly-Trusted Certificate issued in breach of the Limited Warranty; 3.3. have verified the Publicly-Trusted Certificate and reasonably relied on the information contained in a Publicly- Trusted Certificate validated by Sectigo to establish the identity of the Certificate holder; 3.4. suffer a Covered Loss; 3.5. have read and agreed to be bound by the Agreement, including this Appendix A, and the CPS prior to using the Publicly-Trusted Certificate or providing any financial information to the Subscriber; 3.6. fulfill all obligations found herein and not be in breach of this Agreement; and 3.7. dispute the charges associated with the loss with the appropriate financial institution or other entity. Such dispute must be made in compliance with the rules, procedures, and time-lines applicable to the financial services used to make the charges. Any payment from Sectigo under the Limited Warranty will be reduced by any amount received as a charge-back, settlement, or refund from the Covered Person’s financial institution.

Covered Person. 1.3.1 For Worldwide Personal Assistance, Travel Emergency Assistance and Home Assistance, Covered Persons are defined as: • All American Express Basic Platinum Cardmembers and Supplementary American Express Platinum Cardmembers billed in Indian Rupees, whose Card Accounts are in good standing.
