Common use of Coverages Required Clause in Contracts

Coverages Required. Mortgagor shall maintain or cause to be maintained, with financially sound and reputable insurance companies or associations satisfactory to Mortgagee, all insurance required under the terms of the Insurance Agreement, and shall comply with each and every covenant and agreement contained in the Insurance Agreement.

Mortgagor shall maintain or cause to be maintained, with financially sound and reputable insurance companies or associations satisfactory to Mortgageeassociations, all insurance required under the terms of that certain Agreement Concerning Insurance Requirements concerning the Property executed by Mortgagor for the benefit of Mortgagee (the "Insurance Agreement"), and shall comply with each and every covenant and agreement contained in the such Insurance Agreement.
