Common use of Coverage Summary Clause in Contracts

Coverage Summary. Said charges shall be invoiced by the Service Provider and paid in monthly installments by the Client with the first installment due upon execution of this agreement. Each payment thereafter shall be due the first day of each calendar month, with payment expected within 5 days following the due date. Any additional billing charges will be invoiced at the end of each month, with payment expected within thirty (30) days, unless otherwise specified by the Service Provider.
