Coffee County GA must be listed on all insurance policies to include its employees, Elected Officials, & Officers. All insurance contracts or policies procured by Contractor pursuant to the above insurance schedule shall be in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Owner and shall be issued and maintained by insurance companies authorized to do business in the State of Georgia and reasonably acceptable to the Owner. Any failure to provide such evidence of, or to maintain, insurance as required by this Section shall be grounds for termination of the Agreement. Contractor shall not be permitted to purchase any policy that allows payment of claims where costs and expense of litigation will diminish the required limits purchased pursuant to this liability contract.

Bidder shаll mаintаin workers’ compensаtion аnd employer’s liаbility insurаnce. Bidder must provide either а certificаte of workers’ compensаtion insurаnce issued by а surety licensed to write workers’ compensаtion insurаnce in the Stаte of Idаho, аs evidence thаt the Contrаctor hаs in effect а current Idаho workers’ compensation insurance policy, or an extraterritorial certificate approved by the Idaho Industrial Commission from a state that has a current reciprocity agreement with the Idaho Industrial Commission. Bidder shall not commence work under the Contract until it obtains all insurance required under this provision and furnishes a certificate or other form showing proof of current coverage to the MVC. All insurance policies and certificates must be signed copies. After work commences, the Bidder will keep in force all required insurance until the Contract is terminated. Contractor shall maintain Commercial General Liability (CGL) and, if necessary, Commercial Umbrella insurance with a limit of not less than e1,000,000 each occurrence for Bodily Injury, Property Damage and Products and Completed Operations. If such CGL insurance contains a general aggregate limit, it shall apply separately to the Contract. CGL insurance shall cover liability arising from premises, operations, independent contractors, products- completed operations, personal and advertising injury, and liability assumed under an insured contract (including the tort liability of another assumed in a business contract). Notice of Cancellation or Change: Bidder shall ensure that should any of the above-described policies be canceled before the expiration date thereof, or if there is a material change, potential exhaustion of aggregate limits or intent not to renew insurance coverage(s), that written notice will be delivered...
